I've always sort of danced to my own beat. So, "Fresh" a sneakerhead/ conspiracy theorist/history buff who lived for desserts, one day decided to express those passions through food, and went to culinary school, which meant she had to get serious about life. Now after years of study and experience, it's time to do what I love. So now "the baker" has stepped in and taken over. I'm hoping to show that because a confection looks beautiful it doesn't have to be overly expensive. So I'm offering my own eclectic take on some dessert classics. The Baker & Fresh, because one part of me lives, the other doesn't have to die.
